About the Photographer

Photography is my art form and people are the driving force. I do this because I love it, because I feel it - it's not just a job or a hobby - it's an outright addiction. One that over the years, I just can't seem to get enough of. My goal is to photograph your moments and deliver them in a manner in which you'll love, treasure and rush to share with others. Best Wishes, Jess

Consider This. . .

The Approach

Define your expectations and together we can make it happen. I encourage comments and suggestions during your session. No matter how improbable an idea may sound, it's the off-the-wall ideas that truly make for a unique photograph. I will strive to capture moments that are true to your personality and your group dynamic. Posed or candid, we'll do a little bit of everything. Once we start communicating and the walls come down, personalities start showing through resulting in fantastic photographs!

The Locations

The great benefit of photographing on location is the endless possibility for creativity. Whether in a field, alley, middle of the road, in the mountains or a park, the World is my studio. Being on location adds life and a sense of adventure to the experience, and it shows ... in your photographs. Together we'll find the right location for you.

Tips on What to Wear

Individuals: Wear what defines your personal style. Plan and coordinate your wardrobe ahead of time; you'll be glad you did! Make sure that what you wear is comfortable and wrinkle free.

I encourage you to bring accessories, props, make up, mirrors, brushes. Bring a bag of goodies and get ready to have some fun! If you need suggestions, don't hesitate to ask me.

Groups: Please make an effort to wear similar or complimenting color tonalities without wearing the exact same thing. Groups should also avoid mixing formal and casual attire.

Wardrobe changes are highly encouraged during your session. Although there are no limits on the amount of wardrobe changes, please keep time in mind. Excessive amounts of wardrobe changes make for a longer more expensive session.

If you have any questions, please ask. In the end, be true to yourself. If you are not comfortable, it will be obvious in your photographs. If these suggestions don't feel like you, break all the "rules" and show up in something that is completely, and totally you.
